With so much product competition on the internet these days, it is imperative that you develop info products that sell and make them stand out from all others to gain profits.


It can be challenging, but it is possible if you do it the right way. This is huge and should betaken seriously if you want to stay ahead of your competitors.


The market is full of good stuff, but there are a few ways you can accomplish this task by using simple strategies.


I’ll go into creating products and dissecting them into more info products for more income in a later post, but for now let’s rock out with the competitor’s edge.



A HOT, Interesting Topic For Sure!

There are several different topics on online marketing, but people want more than just SEO, affiliate marketing, syndication, and all the glorious ways to earn money. This is the time to stick out like a sore thumb so to speak and provide something else.

Many marketers create products on how to make money on Clickbank, Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter. They are also creating products for mobile apps, CPA offers and much more.

Creating info products that sell and are valuable (not to mention gives people a bang for their buck), will always keep youahead of the game.

Adding a FREE bonus will give you that extra boost. Let’s say I put out a book on Amazon Kindle about budgeting. Kindle is an excellent marketing tool by the way. Even if someone is browsing through the book via the “Look Inside” option, they will see a free gift that they can immediately have access to even if they don’t buy the book.


Why do this?

1. Obviously they’re curious about the subject, but they may be on the fence about buying the book.

2. The free offer might be what they need to make a decision on whether to buy the book or not.

3. In order to get the free offer, they have to opt in to my list first. (So have a squeeze page ready!)

4. People love free stuff! Give value now and reap the rewards later 😉



Collaborate or JV With Others to Make it Work

Info products that sell the most and are high in popularity, are those that have come from two or more marketing experts. This is why it is so important to network and connect with other marketers in your niche.

Two heads are always better than one and if you want to come up with a killer product, collaboration is the key. After all, it can help your business and their business, giving you exposure and building your list. If you can, attend live events and conferences to meet new people.

You can also use Social Media to its advantage. Don’t be afraid to reach out to others in your niche. They know just how effective partnerships are and may be willing to venture with you, if the offer is right. There are plenty of success stories that come from this type of networking so make sure you’re getting in on it!

Have a Sales Page that ROCKS

Why is the sales page important? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. If your sales page is professional and persuasive, you could make a sale. As a matter of fact, you can definitely make a lot of sales.

If you don’t know how to do this yourself, you can use freelancers from Elance.com or Odesk.com or go over to the Warrior Forum and look in the “Warriors for Hire” section to find someone to do it for you for a very small fee. These are just a few tips that can help you and give you some ideas on what you need to do to get to the next step in online marketing. If you don’t succeed right away, that’s okay.
